HuddleUp ("HuddleUp," "we," "us") is an independent fantasy football app for running your own private leagues. This policy explains what information HuddleUp collects, how it's used, and the choices you have. HuddleUp is not affiliated with the NFL, NFLPA, or any NFL team.

Information We Collect

• Account information: your email address, display name, and (optionally) a profile photo you choose to upload.
• League and roster data: leagues you create or join, your team names, rosters, draft picks, waiver claims, trades, and matchup results.
• Messages: direct messages and group chat messages you send to other managers within your leagues.
• Punishment photos/videos: any photos or videos you upload for your league's punishment feature.
• Device/notification data: a push notification token, used only to deliver in-app notifications (new messages, trade offers, etc.) to your device.

We do not collect precise location data, contacts, or browsing history, and HuddleUp contains no advertising or analytics/tracking SDKs.

How We Use Information

Solely to operate the app: authenticate you, sync your leagues and rosters across your devices, deliver notifications you've opted into, and display your name/photo to your leaguemates. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Who Processes Your Data

HuddleUp is built on Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage, and Cloud Functions), which stores and processes the information described above on our behalf. Push notifications are delivered through Expo's push notification service using only your device's push token. Player statistics and photos shown in the app are pulled from public sources (nflverse, Wikimedia Commons) and don't involve any of your personal information.

Sharing With Other Managers

Because HuddleUp is a multiplayer app, your display name, profile photo, roster moves, and league chat messages are visible to other managers in leagues you join — that's the nature of running a shared fantasy league.

Data Retention & Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account. Deleting your account removes your login credentials, your personal profile (name, email, push token), and your uploaded profile photo. Because HuddleUp leagues are shared among multiple people, your display name may be replaced with "Deleted User" on historical league records (rosters, past matchups, chat history) rather than removed outright — this keeps your former leaguemates' own league history intact. Children's Privacy

HuddleUp is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the app changes. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
